Pool openings and closings
Balance chemicals for clear, safe water; partly drain and refill to lower mineral levels; deep-clean or replace filters; winterize pipes (blow lines, add antifreeze, seal fittings); use a tight, clean cover to keep out debris and algae and make reopening easier.

Weekly and Biweekly Maintenance
During weekly or biweekly visits, our techs will thoroughly brush the walls and floors, skim away surface debris, vacuum the pool bottom, empty both skimmer and pump baskets, and clean or backwash the filter as needed. We’ll also test, adjust, and carefully balance the water chemistry before we leave to ensure a safe, sparkling swim for you and your family.

Service Contracts
Each contract includes four full cleanings per month (one weekly), plus two additional short weekly maintenance visits for chemical checks, brushing, skimming, and pump/filter inspection. All necessary chemicals are provided and included.

Our “Green-to-Clean” Package: If you’re facing an algae outbreak, we’ll kill and remove the algae and restore your pool to a sparkling, crystal‑clear condition while making sure your water is properly balanced and safe. Unlike other companies, we won’t waste your time or money on unnecessary chemicals — we’ll do the job efficiently and get it right the first time.

Where it all started
My family and I were so excited to finally get our own pool! We could not wait to sit pool side, splash around, stay cool on those dreadful summer days and of course, pool parties. What we did not know was all the work that was involved in maintaining a fun yet safe pool. We quickly learned that it costs hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to maintain a pool by a professional. That is when we decided that we needed to make a splash in the pool community and offer top notch services at AFFORDABLE rates. Through several years of research, practice and finally perfecting the craft, my family and I started, Family Pool Clean L.L.C.
